Our Commitment to Intellectual Property
Our site promptly processes and investigates notices of alleged copyright infringement. We take appropriate action under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on iDesign ARC, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice. Send this notice to our designated Copyright Agent via email.
Your notice must include all of the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. Provide specific details, such as the URL of the original work or a copy.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing. Include its location on our site with sufficient detail to allow us to find it. A URL for each instance is preferred.
- Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Counter-Notification Process
If we remove content in response to a DMCA notice, the affected content provider may send a counter-notification. This allows them to state the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
